AI Leaders 2026 is one of the largest executive AI leadership programs in Central Eurasia, designed to equip organizational leaders with the capabilities to develop AI strategies and drive the practical adoption of artificial intelligence across businesses and public institutions. The program is jointly delivered by Stanford Human-Centered Artificial Intelligence (HAI), OpenAI Academy, and Silkroad Innovation Hub, with support from the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Asian Development Bank, and other partners.

This year's cohort brought together more than 800 executives and professionals from over 150 organizations across nine countries: Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Azerbaijan, Türkiye, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, and Mongolia.

Throughout the eight-week program, participants completed more than 45 hours of executive education, including academic lectures by Stanford HAI, hands-on training from OpenAI Academy, industry-specific AI implementation workshops, and strategic advisory sessions focused on organizational AI transformation. The program also included more than 240 strategic consulting sessions and 120 hours of one-on-one mentorship, as well as specialized modules on developing AI agents for sectors such as banking, public administration, and education.

Upon graduation, participants received a joint certificate from Stanford HAI and OpenAI Academy and became members of the AI Leaders Community—a regional network of executives leading AI adoption and organizational transformation across Central Eurasia.

Representing Mongolia, Baasankhuu Khishigdorj, Deputy CEO of Intelmind, and Ariunzaya Enkhbat, Director of Product Development at Intelmind, successfully completed the program.
