Responsibilities
Proven experience in customer experience management or a similar role, with a focus on improving customer satisfaction.
Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and experience optimization strategies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to analyze customer feedback and data to make informed decisions.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience with customer service or customer support processes is a plus.
